Pilgrim’s House offers the following options (booking is based on availability):
Socialiser unit (a room in an apartment): Double or single bed with shared bathroom and kitchen
(same gender tenants)
Monthly rent: € 990
Duration of contract: 1 year
Explorer Unit (a room in an apartment): Double or single bed with private bathroom and shared
kitchen (same gender tenants)
Monthly rent: € 1085
Duration of contract: 6 month contract with the option to renew for another 6 months
Gold Unit (studio): Studio with private bathroom and kitchen
Monthly rent: € 1170
Duration of contract: 1 year
Platinum Unit (studio): Studio with private bathroom and kitchen
Monthly rent: € 1280
Duration of contract: 6 months or 1 year
The move in date depends on the room/studio booked.
