*These tuition fees need to be paid to The Hague University of Applied Sciences before the students start with their Bachelor's or Masters' degree studies. You can choose to pay the annual tuition fees all at once, or in nine instalments.

How to Pay Your Deposit

1. What deposit amount do I pay to secure my place on the course?

To secure your place, you must pay 50% of your course fee as indicated in your offer letter. You will then pay the remainder of your course fee before the start of your visa application.

By Dutch law, the Immigration Service (IND) also charges a €207 administration fee (2022 fee, subject to annual change) for the visa procedure. As Dutch health and liability insurance is a visa requirement, The Hague Pathway College assist in taking the necessary steps. 

2. How can I pay my deposit?

Kindly note that the payment options vary per country. For EU countries and some non-EU countries the credit card payment option is not available. 


3. Is there a payment deadline?

Yes, we can only accept payments up to 1 August for the September intake and 8 November for the January intake due to the visa process. In specific cases late payments will be accepted


You can pay on a conditional offer, even with documents outstanding. For the September intake, you must then satisfy all outstanding document requirements by 15 July. For the January intake, you must then satisfy all outstanding document requirements by 8 November.


Additional requirements for applicants from Bangladesh, Cameroon, Nepal and Pakistan

Due to strict Dutch visa regulations, please be aware of the following additional application requirements, so that you can be sure sure you will start your studies at The Hague Pathway College on time:

  • An early visa & payment application deadline of 15 May for the September intake programmes
  • An early visa & payment application deadline of 15 October for the January intake programmes
